Documents Required for Registration on National Scholarship Portal

Follow the below-mentioned documents list while applying for a national scholarship scheme online.

Educational documents of student.
Bank account number & IFSC Code of the branch.
For pre-matric scholarschip, students can use their parents bank account also. Parents bank account can used for maxium 2 children only.
Aadhar number of the applicant.
If you have not Aadhar numner, then, you can use the bonfied certificate.
Aadhaar Enrolment ID or Scanned copy of Bank passbook.
If Institute/School is different from domicile state of the applicant, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School..

NSP Last Date – How to Check the National Scholarship Eligibility

NOTE: In the previous year, the National scholarship scheme was started in August 2020 and closed in the month of December but later the central government has extended the date to the month of January 2021.

Likewise, for the academic years 2021 and 2022, the fresh applications will be assumed to receive in the month of August 2021 and will end on the month of December 2021, and the extension of the last date for the national scholarship will be January 2022.

How to Apply for National Scholarship Schemes Online 2021-2022

First, you have to access the official website of NSP 2.0 portal, which is: visit here.

Now, you will see a “New Registration” option in the home page top right corner.

Once you done the above step, next you will see new open windows, where you will read the displayed instructions regarding documnets require and eligibility.
Next, click on ‘Continue’ button to fillin all the required details in the national scholaship application form.
The NSP 2.0 application have 3 parts, those are, registration details, Academic details and Basic details.
You have to fill in all the 3 parts and submit the application.
That’s it, if you are eligible to the schemes, then you will receive NSP scholarship amount direct transfer to your bank account.

How to Check National Scholarship Payment Status Online 2021-2022?

To check the NSP payments status online for 2021? then, first visit the official portal of NSP: https://scholarships.gov.in/
Next, in the home page at top right corner, you will find a ‘Login’ option. While clicking on that, you will be asked to select the years, so select the year 2021 and continue. Now, you have to fill in login details to check NSP payments online.
